South Korea
Welcome to my page! I scribble, paint, and snap photos when I get the chance. I took a long hiatus to complete college, but now I'm back in the saddle again! My tools of the trade are headphones, graphite, Prismacolors, watercolors, and Paint Tool Sai. I also use a Canon Rebel XS camera.

I'm currently living in South Korea. I'm taking this time to develop myself as an artist.

I can be found on Tumblr [ bayou0baby0.tumblr.com/ ]
and FA [ www.furaffinity.net/user/bayou… ], besides here.
Interests
Well, I made it through basic training and advanced individual training. I also got married, too!

Now I'm in South Korea for a year. I brought some drawing supplies with me. Will I ever draw again? I hope so. I'm keeping faith.

Thanks for being supportive. Time to stuff my face with all the Korean foods.

Korean Heart by BayouBaby
Korean Heart
I was sitting in a park here in South Korea, enjoying the weather and the grass and the flowing of life around me. This guy came out and for months (April to July) I worked on him on and off.

Now he's here, just, doing his thing. Gah, I wish I knew what his back legs were doing, though. :/

Scriven by BayouBaby
Scriven
Scriven is an older character of mine created to represent the dark parts of my life: depression, anxiety, and a general manifestation of all those things we wish we didn't have to deal with in our lives. During my first few months here in South Korea I was having a hard time adjusting to my life. I remembered this guy and decided to try my hand at drawing him in an attempt at some art therapy. I started this sometime in April and the anatomy flaws are numerous and VERY apparent. Yes, Scriven was originally called "Rip VAN Tinkle" for whatever stupid reason, and yes, he IS supposed to look that thin and gangly (all limbs and bones and skin).

For retrospective, here are older pictures of Scriven from my high school days when I first created him: us-p.vclart.net/vcl/Artists/Ba… and us-p.vclart.net/vcl/Artists/Ba…
